UCP Laurel Highlands Highmark Walk 2023

The Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community is an annual fundraising walk that benefits local health and human service agencies throughout PA. This is AUCP’s 8th year participating in the walk, and the third year we will be participating in the Pittsburgh walk as well as in Laurel Highlands! So that means, you have double the opportunities to get involved! Profits raised through the walk benefit our Community Fund.

Goals: 75 walkers / 10 teams / $5,000
So, how can you get involved?
Register as a walker: You plan on walking during one of the walks you can join an existing team or create your own! Laurel Highlands | Pittsburgh
Register as a virtual walker: You cannot participate in the actual walk, but you will raise money and join a virtual team. Laurel Highlands | Pittsburgh
Donate: You’re not up for participating as a walker on a team, but you will still raise money for the agency. Laurel Highlands | Pittsburgh
Recruit: Grow your team by asking friends and family to walk with you! The Highmark Walk offers many incentives throughout fundraising and on walk day. AUCP even offers a few incentives when you choose to walk with us! The more team members and funds raised, the higher the chance of being a winner!
Share: Support from staff is vital to the success of the Highmark Walk. Start sharing about the walk with your friends, family, neighbors, your 2nd cousins brother in-law, EVERYONE. Get them excited about joining your team!
Solicit Corporate Sponsors. If you have an agency or organization you work with that you think would be interested in donating on behalf of their company, let me know and I can get you a support letter and information.
