Oil Painting Class – Bob Ross – Tabitha Shimer

Bob Ross floral technics taught by Tabitha Shimer will be the instructor.
She will walk you through each step. All supplies are provided.
Classes will be taught with oil paints on an 11×14” canvas.
Cost of the class will be $60. (Oil is expensive and these paintings turn out beautifully!)
