Helsley Timberworks 14U Basket Bingo

The Helsley Timberworks 14U Baseball Team is preparing for our Basket Bingo Fundraiser, which will take place on Sunday, April 16, 2023 at The UVA Club in Altoona. This event is being held to raise money for our team to help pay for equipment, umpires, and registration expenses. Admission is $25, this includes all bingo games, a $15 vendor voucher (to be used the day of the event with participating vendors set up at the event), a beverage coupon and light refreshments. The cash bar will be open!
Helsley Timberworks is a brand‐new team this season and we are reaching out to our friends, family and the community to help us build our team this year and start a new tradition through your generous donations.
If you can’t make it to the bingo but are interested in contributing donations to be used for gift baskets that we will be raffling off during the event, please reach out to Brett Stoner (814) 935-1179, Jenn Corle (814) 330-6612 or Jamie Plowman (814) 934-9828. Contributors will be listed as sponsors for their respective baskets or items. We welcome anything you are willing to donate, including a company basket, gift certificates, or cash donations.
