Greater Altoona Jewish Film Festival – “Shared Legacies”

The film, “Shared Legacies”, is being shown in honor of Black History Month. The committee has invited our friends with the Altoona NAACP to join us as we celebrate the long term partnership between our two communities. “Shared legacies” is a 2020 documentary that recounts the crucial historical lessons of the Black-Jewish cooperation during the Civil Rights movement.
Showtime is 7p.m. at the Penn State Altoona Devorris Center, 1431 12Th Ave, Altoona. Cost to attend is $5, students admitted free.
